Privacy Policy

Simple Bible is an offline Bible reading app. It is built so that your reading stays private: the app collects no personal data, requires no account, and contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind.
Data we collect
None. We do not collect, store, sell, or share any information about you. There are no accounts, sign-ins, or profiles.
Data stored on your device
To make the app work, a few preferences are saved locally on your device only:
- Your last reading position
- Verses you choose to save
- Your text-size setting
This information never leaves your device and is deleted when you delete the app.
Network use
The Bible text is bundled with the app and works fully offline. The only network request the app makes is a check for app updates through Expo's update service at launch; this request contains no personal information. If you use the Share button, sharing is handled entirely by your device's system share sheet.
Children's privacy
The app is suitable for all ages and, as described above, collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
